Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes
4 free-range eggs
1/2 cup (110 g/ 4 oz) white granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups (150g/ 5 1/4 oz) all-purpose flour
1/4 cup ( 60 g/ 2 oz) melted butter
2/3 cup (160ml/5 1/2 fl oz) Canola oil
1/3 cup (35g/ 1 1/4 oz) cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tap whisky
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180 C/ 350 F. Grease and flour a 9 inch round tin.

  1. Beautiful recipe, it took no time to be cooked, and i also put 180 ml of oil instead of 160 ml and used no butter… for a lighter one.
